1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, or periods of high demand.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.
2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
We currently ship to the following regions:

Transit times are estimates only and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of purchase. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, local postal conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
3. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Sai Nam has no control over customs procedures and cannot predict what charges, if any, may apply.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
4. Tracking
Where tracking is available, a tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to update.
5. Delays & Lost Shipments
Sai Nam is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs authorities, natural events, strikes, or any other circumstances outside our control. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
If your package appears lost, please contact us at sainamswim@gmail.com after the following periods have passed from the dispatch date:
- Thailand: 7 business days
- International: 20 business days
We will do our best to assist in investigating with the carrier, but we cannot guarantee outcomes.
6. Incorrect Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Sai Nam is not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
